The image shows a caveman carrying a bone in one hand and a tray with a burger, fries and a milkshake in the other. There was a report of the same image also appearing in Melrose Avenue but this remains unconfirmed. In 2013, Los Angeles based street artist Plastic Jesus updated the Banksy Caveman piece, giving the figure a large bloated belly, as he stands dragging a string of fast-food cartons along the floor. Plastic Jesus said; “With the current obesity epidemic not only in the US but in the western world and the obsessing with fast food I thought it would be interesting to consider the reality of a junk food diet of our ancestors.”
